Cheater Pumpkin Muffins

Every fall I make homemade pumpkin muffins.
However, we were getting ready to travel out of town.
And I live in the real world {most of the time}
And there was no time for homemade!
I found this little pumpkin muffin mix in the cake section at the grocery store.
So, I snatched it up and the kids and I made pumpkin muffins before we left.

Follow directions on box {for muffins}
Easy Peasy!

We added a yummy homemade streusel topping.
Just brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.

Bake according to your directions.

Yum!
Nothing screams fall like ANYTHING with pumpkin flavor.
At least in our house!
SO easy and delicious too.
And pretty darn close to homemade!

Totally stealing this...especially now with the canned pumpkin shortage. I can't be without baked pumkin-y goodness at this time of year. I love that you added your own streusel, so it still has a homemade touch.
