$2 Bakers Twine

Happy Sunday friends!
We are enjoying a day at home.
Wrapping gifts, hubs is working on one of the little ladies gifts in the garage,
I am cooking up potato crockpot soup and sourdough bread,
and listening to the kids playing with Christmas music going the background.
Love, love, love this time of year!

I wanted to share with you my latest bargain find.
I was in the craft aisle of Walmart a few weeks back,
{shocking, I know}
imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon this!

"Look alike bakers twine"
It is actually located in the yarn section,
however, I was SO excited to find it.
It looks almost exactly like the oh.so.lovely bakers twine.
I picked it up in red and green colors.

I knew it would be perfect for our gifts this year.
And, at around $2 a piece,
I knew both would be coming home with me!

I think it looks so simple and cute!

Now, I am off to build a second fort.
Yes,
that WOULD be RIGHT next to our Christmas tree.
Of all the places in this house.
Seriously!
They are having a good ole time, so I am NOT complaining.
Just listening to the giggles while I make lunch in the kitchen!
So thankful for my healthy children this Christmas season.
{AND ALWAYS}

Take care my friends! :)

That looks like cotton wash cloth yarn--do you think that's what it is? :)

Good idea!

Cute idea! And my kids love curling up behind our Christmas tree and snuggling their blankets or reading. There's not room for a full fledged fort though.
