Christmas Lights

Friday night we surprised the kids,

 and took them to look at Christmas lights!

They wanted to wear their pj's,

{and we let them, as we do,  EVERY year}

This is even more of a special treat for them!

We made peppermint shakes to take with us,

another added bonus!

And then my crazy husband,

 decided he wanted to capture even MORE holiday spirit,

and.....

decided to take a Christmas Red Barn Candle,

 along for the ride,

in the car cup holder.

Yes,

my friends, it IS lit.

The kids and I laughed and laughed about this!

However, it smelled REALLY good, REALLY fast.

Who ever makes these candles does a fantastic job.

{If I do say so myself}

Just sayin'

The entire car smelled like Christmas Cider!

This is our favorite place to drive by in our little town,

They have beautiful lights every year.

The pictures do not capture how pretty it truly is.

The kids wanted to keep driving by,

Again, and again and again!

Such amazing detail!

We arrived home to Miss Chloe waiting for us on the couch.

Bless her heart, she is such a sweet little lady.

Hasn't even "bothered" the tree once!

We love her SO much!
