Hello my friends!
I am SO very excited to share this recipe with you today.
It is very simple to make,
and perfect for a cold winter day!
You will need:
1 can of regular corn {drained}
1 can of cream style corn
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of chicken broth
2 cups of water
3 cups chopped potatoes
1 lb. of sausage
1 onion {chopped}
1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper
Cook your sausage and onion in large soup pot.
{Until your sausage is done}
Cube your potatoes.
Add them to your sausage and onion mixture.
Add the remainder of your ingredients.
Simmer on low for twenty minutes or so.
{Until potatoes are done}
This is a delicious recipe.
I came accross it in blogland a week or so ago,
however, as usual, I altered it to our liking!
{Which is the recipe I am sharing with you}
I served it with parmesan bread knots.
Recipe coming ASAP!
