Homemade Pico De Gallo

Last Sunday afternoon I prepared some chicken breasts for lunch.
We decided to chop up the meat for fajitas.
So, at the last minute I threw together some pico de gallo.
It was super simple and pretty tasty as well!

 First, chop up half of one red onion.
Then add five chopped roma tomatoes.
Add half of a jalapeno {chopped finely and seeded}

Chop up 1/4 cup of cilantro and 1 garlic clove.
Add to your mixture.

Next, add a few shakes of ground cumin.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix up everything real good and stick in the fridge.
Let sit for a few hours {for bext flavor} and serve with chips, fajitas or tacos.

Enjoy!
