Happy Sunday!
I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend.
I am popping in for a bit to share an easy recipe with you today.
Our family loves to eat at Chili's.
Everytime, and I mean EVERYTIME,
we eat there, we order chips and salsa.
So yummy!
After numerous attempts,
I have come pretty close to duplicating their recipe.
You will need:
1 can of rotel
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 small can of sliced jalapeno peppers
1 small onion {chopped}
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sugar
Throw it all into your blender.
"Chop" for a minute or so.
While it is not an exact match,
is is pretty.darn.close.
And, doesn't last long in our house!
If you give it a try, let me know whatcha think!
I will be sharing with these lovely ladies this week.
If you haven't already checked out the RBCC giveaway,
I would love for you to!

I'd throw in a few more chili peppers if I were to make those. Maybe after taking them out of the blender, you could add minced tomatoes, and diced up bell peppers to make it look like a prettier dip. That'll make it more attractive.
