Old Mexican Inn Orange Dip

I have a great recipe to share with you today!

For all of my local readers,

how many of you visit Corsicana JUST to eat at Old Mexican Inn?

Anyone, anyone?

I know we are not the only family out there who does this!

We absolutely LOVE their famous orange dip.

So good, it is beyone description.

You try it once, you love it.

Period.

I have so many great memories of going there as a child.

Now our kiddos love to go there as well.

We have "extra orange dip" ever.single.time.

:)



So, here is how you can make it at home.

So super easy!

Combine in small bowl:

1 cup mayo

2 tsp. vinegar

2 tsp. garlic powder

3 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Stir until well blended.



If you haven't tried it,

prepare to be amazed!

You will fall in love.

I'm tellin' ya!

I pop ours in the fridge for a few hours or so before serving.

The longer it sits, the better it tastes.

Also, if you are making for a crowd,

I suggest doubling this recipe.

 



Serve with chips.
