Bacon, Egg and Cheese Burritos {1 Weeks Breakfast In 30 Minutes}

 Hi there!
So happy it is Friday over here.
Shew, this week was a long one.
Especially with the kids going back to school after being off for two weeks.
I am so beyond thankful for the weekend!

Okay, so on to the good stuff,
I am here to share a quick recipe and tip with y'all today.
It is SO super easy, this gal loves an easy recipe.
It is also very economical!
The total cost for sixteen breakfast burritos is under $8!
Now thta's what I'm talkin' about!

Basically all you need is bacon, eggs, cheese and flour tortillas.
I used one dozen eggs, 1 package of precooked bacon and 1 cup of cheese.

Scramble your eggs and cook as usual.
{I am assuming you don't need a recipe for this}
;)

You want to let the eggs cool before using them in your tortillas.
While your eggs are cooling down, lay out your tortillas.
Once your eggs have cooled completely spoon them down the center or your tortillas.
Next sprinkle your bacon and cheese.
{It's up to you how much, use what your family prefers}
I always use more bacon because our kiddos LOVE some bacon.
You could totally use sausage for this recipe as well.

 Okay, so next you want to roll up each tortilla in a burrito fashion.
Then, wrap EACH individual burrito with plastic wrap.

Throw them all in a large freezer bag.
Now, here's the good stuff!

I normally keep ours in the fridge because they are consumed so fast!
However, you can freeze them as well.

*To heat out of the fridge:

Remove all plastic {duh}
Wrap in a paper towel and pop in microwave for 30-45 seconds.
{Or until cheese is melted and burrito is heated}

*To heat out of the freezer:

Follow same steps as above but add to the cook time.
Our microwave normally takes 1-1 1/2 minutes to heat them from a frozen state.

That's it!
Do you make breakfast and freeze it?
I would LOVE for you to share in the comments.
I am always looking for good freezer meals for our family!

Hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
I appreciate each and every one of you.
Take care!
:)
